About Me
Hi, I’m Tanya!

I’m a mom of 3, a life coach, and someone who deeply understands what it feels like to be raising a family without a village.
I know what it’s like to carry the mental load, to feel stretched thin, and to wonder how you’re supposed to keep everything running while also trying to take care of yourself.
And I also know this:
Life doesn’t have to feel this overwhelming.
Who I Help
I help moms who are doing it all—often without the support they wish they had—create calmer, more organized, and more manageable lives through simple routines and mindset shifts that actually work in real life.
Because the problem isn’t you.
It’s that no one ever taught you how to build systems that support you.
My Story (Why This Matters to Me)
There was a time in my life when everything shifted.
I experienced a life-threatening miscarriage—one that, by the grace of God, I survived.
And when I came out of that, something changed in me.
I had this overwhelming, inexplicable gratitude for my life… for my children… for the fact that I was still here.
But alongside that gratitude came a lot of reflection.
I started looking at my life and asking:
-
How do I actually want to live?
-
Why does everything feel so overwhelming?
-
Is there a better way to do this?
That’s when I started doing the work.
I went to therapy.
I listened to audiobooks (because let’s be honest—that’s the only way to “read” with little kids).
I found life coaching through a podcast… and it changed everything.
What Changed
I didn’t become a completely different person overnight.
But I started building something I had never had before:
Structure. Support. Systems.
I learned how to:
-
manage my thoughts instead of being controlled by them
-
create routines that made my days feel calmer instead of chaotic
-
take care of myself without guilt
-
and show up as the kind of mom I actually wanted to be
And slowly, my life started to feel different.
Not perfect—but grounded, intentional, and manageable.

Why I Do This Work
After experiencing that kind of transformation, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.
I became a life coach because I wanted to help other moms who were feeling the same way I once did:
Overwhelmed.
Stretched thin.
Trying their best but still feeling like it wasn’t enough.
And I wanted to do it in a way that worked for my life, too.
After working as a nurse—long shifts, weekends, holidays—I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to be present for my kids.
School drop-offs.
Pick-ups.
The in-between moments that matter.
This work allows me to do that—and to support other moms at the same time.
Real Life, Not Perfect Life
I’m still in it with you.
I’m raising my family away from my support system in Massachusetts.
There are hard days. There are messy moments. There are times when things don’t go as planned.
I still have the dream of moving back someday.
But I’ve also learned how to create a life I genuinely enjoy right where I am.
And that’s what I want for you too.
What I Believe
I believe:
-
You don’t need more time—you need better support systems
-
Routines aren’t about perfection—they’re about creating stability
-
Your thoughts shape your experience more than your circumstances
-
You can feel calmer, more in control, and more present—even in a full life
If You’re Here…
If you’re feeling overwhelmed…
If you’re tired of constantly playing catch-up…
If you want your days to feel calmer and more manageable…
You’re in the right place.
And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
