Service Description

Over the course of 6 weeks we will meet weekly on zoom for 1 hour. Together we will create a customized weight loss plan for you. New program content will be released weekly that will include the tools and strategies that, when implemented, will get you to your goal weight. On our zoom call we will work on your mindset, analyze any obstacles that come up for you, and devise strategies to overcome those obstacles. You will reprogram your brain as it relates to food and learn how to use your body's wisdom to eat for fuel instead of for comfort. You will install new belief systems and habits that will empower you to not only achieve your goal weight but also maintain a healthier lifestyle for lasting success .


Cancellation Policy

To avoid a $50 cancellation fee, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment.
