You Have the Power to Make 2026 The Year of Transformation...Here's How:

In today’s powerful episode, we explore what it really takes to create lasting change — not another New Year’s resolution that fizzles out by February, but deep, meaningful transformation from the inside out.

Whether you’re a mom navigating overwhelm, a woman craving clarity, or someone who feels stuck in old patterns, this episode will show you why real change doesn’t happen alone — and how mindset, presence, and coaching together can shift everything.

We talk about the miracle of your existence, the incredible odds of you being here, and why your worth is already complete.

You’ll also learn how to reduce stress, release resistance, and reconnect to the present moment using simple, practical tools inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now.

And this week, you’ll walk away with a powerful homework assignment that helps you shift your energy, raise your frequency, and start attracting more of the good you want in your life.

✨ In This Episode, You’ll Learn:

  • How coaching helps you finally follow through and become the woman you want to be

  • Why your existence is a miracle — and your worth is unshakeable

  • What stress really is (resistance to what is) and how to soften it

  • Eckhart Tolle’s tools for returning to the present moment

  • How awareness becomes the first step toward transformation

  • Why manifesting what you want starts with feeling good right now

  • A simple daily practice that can shift your entire energy

✨ Your Homework This Week

To start raising your emotional vibration and training your mind to see the good in your life, here is your simple but powerful assignment:

→ Every night, reflect on your day and write down ONE good thing that happened.

It doesn’t have to be big. It can be a moment of peace, a smile from your child, a kind message, a hot cup of coffee — anything.

This practice shifts your attention from scarcity and stress to gratitude and abundance.

When you start noticing the good, more good appears.

When you feel better, you emit better energy — and you attract better things.

You can only manifest the life you want when you are in a positive emotional state.
So this tiny daily ritual becomes a powerful gateway to transformation.

✨ Key Quotes from This Episode:

  • “You are worthy right now — not because of what you achieve, but because you exist.”

  • “When you focus on the good, the good gets better.”

  • “Awareness is the power that is concealed within the present moment.” — Eckhart Tolle

TRANSCRIPT

Hello and welcome to another episode, episode 97, of the Mom-entum podcast. It’s hard to believe that we are almost at the 100 episode milestone. Just wild.  Thank you all so much for listening today, welcome to all of you first time listeners, and all of you loyal, long-time listeners.  I appreciate each one of you. And I would love to hear from you, if you are on my list write me an email, or send me a DM on FB or IG.  Even if it’s just a hello!  This podcast thing is weird how it’s just a one way conversation.  I imagine that I’m talking to all of you everytime I record, but it would be nice to actually see some faces, and have that dialogue with y’all.

Speaking of that, I’m going to put it out there that within the next year I want to do an in person event.  Where we can all get together, work on ourselves, do some deep, healing work, and be among the support of like-minded women all of whom value growth, health of our minds and bodies, and becoming the best version of ourselves so that we can be a light in our own little corner of the world.

I really do believe that the way we change the world to becoming a more loving, peaceful place, is by doing this soul work.  When each of us does the work required to heal our past hurts, to release resentments, regrets, and focus on being a more conscious, and positive light in the world, we are raising our frequency.  And recently I have been re-reading the secret, absolutely loving it, and what I’m re-learning is that like attracts like.  So when we can raise our frequency, meaning when we can lift our energy up, which we do by feeling positive emotions like love, which is the highest frequency emotion, and joy, peace, compassion, empathy, excitement, abundance, bliss, we then bring more of that positivity into the world.  Our positivity rubs off on other people.

Other people can feel the joy that we emit, we then raise their frequency.  And we attract things to us that are matched to our frequency.  Think of what the world would be like if we all took the responsibility of our own soul care seriously.  People would certainly be kinder to one another right?  A child who is in a state of happiness and peace would not bully another child.  People who are happy do not kill people, right?  Isn’t that what Elle Woods said in Legally Blonde? It’s true though, she spoke the truth! Hurt people hurt people. So let’s all do the work to heal ourselves. No one can do it for you. You certainly can get assistance and support with it, which I highly recommend and I’m gonna talk about that later, but really it’s an inside job. It’s up to you to do the work when no ones watching and be accountable to yourself.

Now there is a caveat that I must mention.  I don’t think it serves us to expect to be happy all the time, either.  I’ve talked about this before, but this world is designed to be 50/50, half positive and half negative.  The negative makes the positive that much better, and we need that contrast to keep things interesting and so we truly appreciate the positive in our lives.

Imagine if everyday was sunny and 80 degrees.  Sounds amazing right?  But you would get bored of it, and you would eventually take that beautiful weather for granted without the contrast of a rainy day.

AND, when you expect to be happy all of the time, you are setting yourself up for unnecessary suffering.  Because what happens is, when you do experience negative emotion, sadness, anger, depression, it makes it so much worse when you tell yourself that you should be happy, when you resist it.  Rather than just accepting what is, processing the emotion, and allowing it to flow through you.  Because all emotions are fleeting.  You know this.  You are never in a constant state of anger or sadness or frustration.  Some might say, no I always feel depressed.

But wait a minute, get honest with yourself.  Don’t speak in absolutes like that.  Always means every time. So every minute, every second of the day you are feeling depressed?  I bet you can think of some little blips in your day where you experience an emotion other than depression? Even if its the smallest instance, like for example when you hear your child laughing, when you watch a funny movie, or maybe when you finish a really intense work out, or at the end of the day when the kitchen is clean, the kids are safely tucked in their beds and all is calm.

Focus on those moments, and these more positive experiences will multiply.  This is universal law.  Where focus goes energy flows, and what you focus on gets magnified.  So if you are someone who is going through a difficult time right now and you have been feeling down and out, that is your homework.  Every day, at the end of your day do a little reflection and say, what was something good that happened today?  It could be like I said before, your child laughing, the stranger at the grocery store that smiled at you, the person that held the door open for you, something funny that your child said.  You could focus on the fact that you are alive, that you are breathing on your own, your health, if you are able to move independently like are you able to walk? Amazing! Do you know how many people would give anything to be able to be in your shoes and be able to walk? It is such a blessing to be able to walk on our own 2 feet.  It is such a blessing when our bodies function the way they were designed to. How about your eyesight? Your hearing? And if, for whatever reason, you aren’t able to see or hear — take a moment to recognize how many incredible technological advances exist now that help you engage with the world.

Today, thanks to innovations like hearing aids, cochlear implants, refreshable braille displays, screen-reading software, and tactile devices, many people who are deaf or blind navigate life on their own terms.

It makes me think of a Mr. Beast video my daughter watched recently and if you want to watch it it’s titled “1,000 Deaf People Hear For The First Time.” And in this video Mr. Beast and his team provide hearing aids and “cutting-edge hearing technology” to deaf people around the world — in countries like Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, South Africa, Indonesia and more.
The video captures emotional first moments of children and adults hearing the voices of loved ones for the first time, and they’re just crying tears of joy — it’s such a vivid reminder of how life-changing access to hearing can be, something that I think those of us who are blessed enough to have the ability to hear take for granted.

Maybe you wake up each morning and take for granted that you can see the sunrise, hear birds, read your phone with ease, enjoy music, listen to a podcast, or simply talk with family. But imagine if those senses hadn’t come so easily — how different life would be.

So today, whether or not you’ve ever struggled with hearing or vision: take a quiet moment of gratitude. Because of human innovation, care, and compassion, so many people have access to tools that restore or replace senses. For many, those tools make the difference between isolation and connection — between feeling alone and being fully alive in a world they can see, hear, and interact with.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed — I hope this encourages you to remember: we live in a time where help is real, connection is possible, and support can come in many forms.

We live in such an amazing time, we really do.  Pay attention to the content you are feeding your mind.  Pay attention to how the content you consume makes you feel.  If you are watching/reading/listening to the gloom and doom of the news everyday first thing in the morning, or right before going to bed, pay attention to how that makes you feel.  If it makes you feel bad, stop doing it.  There is so much good in this world, there are so many more good people in this world that are living their lives in service to others.  They are inventing things to make people’s lives easier and more fulfilling, they are helping others, look at all of the gofund me pages out there, and notice all of the beautiful, generous people who are willing to donate their hard earned money in order to help one of their fellow human beings.  I think most of us do not like to see another person suffer.  I think most of us can relate to another who is going through a hard time, and it makes us feel good to do something that makes a difference, that lifts that person up.

And all of this — the way we think, the way we manage our emotions, the way we respond to challenges, the way we care for our inner world — this is the work. This is the soul work I talk about all the time. And here’s the truth I really want you to hear today:

You don’t have to do this work alone.

If there is something in your life that you want to change — your habits, your health, your stress, your relationships, your confidence, your inner peace — it is absolutely possible. You are not stuck. You are not broken. You are not “just the way you are.” You are simply running patterns that can be rewired. And that’s exactly what coaching helps you do.

Coaching is for you if you want sustainable, lasting change. Not the stop-start, on-again, off-again cycle. Not the motivation roller coaster. Real change. Deep change.

Maybe you want to finally get in shape and keep the weight off in a healthy, loving way.
Maybe you want to feel calmer, more grounded, more in control of your days.
Maybe you want to get organized, manage your time better, stop feeling behind all the time.
Maybe you’ve had goals sitting on your heart for years — and you’re ready to actually follow through.

This is what I help women do. This is what I can help you do.

As your coach, I help you see the beliefs and blind spots you can’t see on your own. I help you break the patterns that have kept you stuck. I hold you accountable — lovingly, consistently, and without judgment. I guide you step by step so you don’t fall back into old habits, and so you actually become the woman you’re trying to become.

And I want to pause here and remind you:
Not because you aren’t already worthy.
You are worthy — right now, today. Nothing you do or don’t do can change that.

Just the fact that you are here proves it.

Think about what had to happen for you to exist. In an entire month of a woman’s cycle, conception is only possible during a tiny window — just a few days. The egg survives for only about a day. Sperm have to live long enough, travel far enough, and meet that egg at the perfect moment. Then the embryo has to implant, grow, and survive those nine months in the womb — and you had to make it safely into this world and through everything life has thrown at you since.

Your existence required timing, biology, circumstances, and decisions lining up in a way that is nothing short of miraculous.

So the fact that you are here, breathing, learning, growing — that alone makes you worthy. You are meant to be here.

AND — while you’re here, you are meant to evolve. You are meant to keep growing into the next, more aligned version of yourself.

Because when you have someone walking with you — someone who knows the tools, someone who sees your potential, someone who won’t let you give up on yourself — everything changes.
You show up differently.
You think differently.
You take action.
You get results.

And if you’ve been listening to this podcast for a while and thinking, “Maybe I should… maybe one day…” — let this be your sign. There is no better time than now to get support.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation call, where we talk about you — what you want, what’s been getting in the way, and what’s truly possible for you with the right guidance. It’s relaxed, no pressure, just a genuine conversation to see if coaching is the next right step.

And for a limited time, I’m also offering free email coaching. You can learn more about that by listening to Episode 96 or visiting my website.

If you feel that tug — that little nudge that says, “I want more for myself… I know I’m meant for more…” — trust it. That’s your intuition trying to guide you forward. Let me help you get where you want to go.

Let this be your Christmas gift to yourself!

Alright my friends, I hope we get to talk or see each other again very soon. In the meantime, I hope you truly enjoy this holiday season with your family. Make it your mission to focus on the good — because when you focus on the good, the good really does get better.

Try to relax. Remind yourself what actually matters. Don’t let the small stuff steal your peace. In fact, don’t let anything steal your peace. Because stress is simply resistance — resistance to what has already happened, resistance to what is happening now, or fear of what might happen in the future.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now is to resist nothing. When we fully accept what is, we unlock a deep and steady peace within ourselves.

So when you catch yourself in stress, tension, worry, or overwhelm, come back to the now. Notice this breath. Notice your body — your head, your throat, your chest, your stomach, your arms, legs, and feet. Be here. In this exact moment.

And when your mind wanders — because it will — don’t get frustrated. Don’t judge it. Instead, be proud of yourself for noticing. That moment of noticing is awareness.

And as Eckhart Tolle teaches: “Awareness is the power that is concealed within the present moment. It is the greatest agent of change.”

So let that be your practice this week: come back to the now, again and again. And let’s start the New Year off on the right foot together! Let’s make 2026 our best year yet! I just turned 40 and I keep telling people this is going to be my best decade yet!! What do you think? Come join me! January is going to be the month of manifesting on the momentum podcast! So I hope you’ll tune in and together we are going to turn our dreams and goals and resolutions into reality! Who’s coming with me??

I love you all. Thank you for spending this time with me today. I’ll talk to you soon. Bye!
