I help moms without a village create simple routines and systems that bring calm, clarity, and control back into their homes.

​

I'm also a mom of 3 raising kids without a built-in village-so I get how chaotic motherhood can feel, especially when we don't have that added support.

​

After years of studying habits, mindset, and emotional regulation — and navigating motherhood myself — I realized that most moms aren't struggling because they lack discipline.  It's because they lack structure.

​

That’s why I created The Mom-entum Method — a system that helps moms build routines they can actually stick to so they can stop feeling scattered and start feeling steady.

​

But the truth is… I didn’t always have it together.

​

Before I learned these tools, I struggled a lot. I procrastinated.  I felt overwhelmed and resentful. I didn’t handle conflict well, and I often felt stuck in my own head — unsure how to move forward.

​

I thought something was wrong with me.

​

Then I discovered life coaching and started learning how the brain actually works.

​

I realized that confusion, procrastination, and overwhelm weren’t character flaws — they were just patterns my brain had learned.  They were protective mechanisms my brain was using in an attempt to keep me safe, even though they caused more harm than good.

​

I learned patterns can be changed.

 

Since then, I’ve invested thousands of dollars in trainings and education studying mindset, time management, habits, and emotional regulation so I could understand how to actually create change.

​

And here’s the ironic part…

​

I’m not naturally organized. I’m not a natural planner.

​

My mom will gladly tell you my bedroom as a teenager was a disaster.

​

But when I became a mom without a built-in village, I knew I had to figure out systems that worked in real lifenot just in theory.

​

That’s what eventually became The Mom-entum Method.

 

And no, I still don’t have everything perfectly figured out.

I still stumble. I still have hard days.

But now I know how to reset quickly, get back on track, and keep moving forward — without spiraling into overwhelm.

​

And that’s exactly what I want for you, too.
