This is a new approach to weight loss unlike anything you have tried before. This program is designed specifically for the busy, overwhelmed Mom by someone who understands on a personal level the daily struggles you face. You will learn the tools required to manage your mind and create healthy habits that will support your weight loss goals, and do it in a way that is sustainable. Together we will devise an individualized plan for you, meet weekly on zoom to make sure the plan is being executed, discuss any obstacles that come up, and create strategies to overcome those obstacles. By the end of the program you will have not only lost weight, but you will be equipped with tools and skills you will have for a lifetime that will help you achieve any goal you're after.
